Together Beyond Words is an ongoing peacebuilding organization that has promoted communications between Israelis and Palestinians, Jews and Arabs for over 20 years. One of their programs is “Army of Healers,” volunteers providing telehealth support to Israelis since October 7. The founder and director, Nitsan Joy Gordon, is a peace activist, psychotherapist, and dance therapist who developed a dynamic process of creating safe spaces for such connections.
She will offer an experimental workshop about the challenges and success of “Together Beyond Words” at TBZ. August 11, 4:30-7 pm. The workshop is donation-based. The donation request is $25 – $50. No one is turned away for a lack of funds.
