Getting to Know the Siddur (prayer book) with Rabbi Sam Seicol
3 Mondays: April 28, May 5th, May 12th
This 3 session program will explore the structure and major rubrics (parts) of the traditional Jewish communal worship service and the differences and overlap of the morning, evening, weekday and Shabbat services. Through references to and examination of specific aspects of TBZ’s siddur, participants will better understand the process and flow of communal worship (versus personal or individual prayers and blessings).
