TBZ Member David Kaplan recently returned from a two-month, 735-mile walk in Japan! The Shikoku Ohenro is the Japanese Buddhist equivalent of the Camino in Spain. During Kiddush, David will share about his adventures exploring a variety of Buddhist temples, the spiritual meaning he derived from the 20 months of pre-planning, the journey, and the day-to-day adventure, as well as his Jewish takeaways after the walking journey was completed.
