Please join us for a Kiddush talk with Mneesha Gelman and Charles Rosario of the Emerson Prison Initiative (EPI). We’ll learn about programs that EPI offers, including college-in-prison programs and reentry support services for returning citizens which can interrupt the cycle of incarceration. In addition, TBZ members who participate in the Partakers program, which partners with EPI, will share about their experiences mentoring students in the College Behind Bars program, as well as returning citizens in the Partakers Empowerment Program. Partakers leaders will be there to answer questions about how you can become involved as a volunteer.
